12. Click on the folder where you keep your pictures.
 
13. When the folder opens where you keep your pictures double click on the picture you want to use and it will automatically install the picture information in the box to the left of the browse button at the “Picture of Primary Member”.
 
14. You will not see the picture on the page until you click on the “submit” button at the bottom of the page. Continue to fill in all other information and additional pictures and then click on the submit button.
 
15. Please enter phone numbers, faxes, and cell phone numbers in this format 714-213-4732
 
16. You have room enter 2 cars with pictures and descriptions. Take the time to take a good picture of each car. Usually take a picture at a 45 degree angle from the front left or right will give a better picture show the front and the side of the car. If you are not satisfied with the pictures you have uploaded you can al ways change them later.
 
17. Just a few more things to do. One pick a “Username” it has to be at least 6 characters. You can use your email address if you like. When selecting a password pick something that easy for you to remember.
 
18. Final step, you must click on the “Submit” button to enter all your information. If you do not all the time you spent entering your information will be lost.
 
19. Now put your username and password somewhere safe you will have it available incase you forget it.
 
20. If for some reason you do not see your picture it is most likely because it is the wrong picture format (see item number 6). Again if you need any help contact Big John Morehead or Jim Chamberlain. You can find our emails and phone numbers on the members page.

Making Changes to Your Profile

1. Once you have established your account online, you may want to edit or change some items in your profile. You can change any item, except your USER name. To do that, you have to delete all your information and start over by signing up as a new user. Any other changes can be made i.e. password, address, telephone numbers, photos, etc

2. Log in to your account on the website. Once you log in, go to the Manage Profile link, just below the EVENTS/MEMBERS buttons on the top of the page. Click on it and this will take you to your profile. Click on EDIT PROFILE. Now you can edit or change anything on the page. You can delete photos and add new ones.

3. Once you finish your changes, you must go to the bottom of the page and click on the UPDATE button for the changes to take place. Go back to the HOME page and click on the Manage Profile link again to view your changes.

Now that wasn't hard, was it !!

Change Member Since Date

I have had several calls on changing the date you joined Calrods. Changing the date is a simple process but you have to do it in the correct order for the date to change.

1. Log in to the website
2. Click on the "Mange profile" button
3. Click on the "Edit profile" button
4. Click on the small calender to the right  of "Member Since" text
5. Up in the right corner of the calender change the year first.
6. Now go to the upper left hand corner of the calender and change the month second
7. Select the day of the month last. (Now the calender should have closed)
8. Now go to the bottom of the page and click on the "update" button
9. Your all done.

Join The Event (To let other Calrod Member know who is going)

Why do you need to "Join the event" it helps  the Event Chairperson in knowing how many people will be attending.

1. Log in to the website
2. Click on the "Event" button (top center of the page)
3. On the "Calender of Events" click on the date of the event you wish to attend
4. When the event you have selected opens go to the bottom right of the page and you will see "Join the Event"
5. Click on "Join the event" a pop-up box will open on your screen
6. In the "Join the event" pop-up box enter the names of the people who will be attending and separate names with a coma
